T20 World Cup: Sri Lanka was bowled out for 77 by South Africa, who bowled excellently.

In the previous ICCT20 format, Sri Lanka has suffered five straight losses to South Africa.

Eden Markram is the captain of South Africa, and Wanindu Hasaranga is in charge of Sri Lanka.
According to Aidan Markram, his side is prepared for a fierce rivalry. "I am quietly doing my job and I am confident," he said during the pre-match news conference. However, Wanindu Hasaranga, the captain of Sri Lanka, is also trying to get over his previous World Cup disappointments.
Hasaranga has a potent bowling assault and exudes confidence. He feels that he has benefited from arriving in America early.

 
"Me and Mahesh Thiekshana are in the top five in the ICC rankings, and we have good fast bowlers," he declared.

 
Hasaranga stated, "We came to North Carolina two weeks ago," during a press conference held prior to the game. Played two practice matches there and had a practice session; I believe that will help because the wicket bounces unevenly, like a tennis ball.
