David Johnson, a former Indian fast bowler, passed away after falling from his home's balcony.

52-year-old David passed away instantly after falling from the fourth storey of his Bangalore residence, according to NDTV.
The Indian police claim that the incident is being looked into to see if it was a suicide or an accident, and that the body has been sent for a post-mortem.

According to the police, not a single member of his family has voiced any suspicions. No suicide note has been discovered, and it appears to be an accident. There are no eyewitnesses to the incident.

Indian media reports that Johnson, who had been ailing for some time, was brought to St. Philomena Hospital last week after claiming to have excruciating stomach discomfort.
Additionally, Johnson was in his city visiting an anti-drug center, a top police official informed Indian media.
David Johnson was taken to a local hospital by his family and friends, where medical professionals pronounced him dead, according to a Karnataka State Cricket Association official who made the previous statement.

In the realm of cricket, David Johnson was renowned for his quickness. He joined the Indian team as a result of his exceptional Karnataka domestic cricket performance. In the 1995–96 Ranji Trophy season, he made his debut against Kerala by taking 10 wickets for 152 runs.
When Javagal Srinath was hurt during the 1996 Delhi Test match against Australia, Johnson bowled with colleague Venkatesh Prasad from Karnataka to make his Test debut. He then went on tour and participated in his maiden Test match in South Africa.

David Johnson grabbed three wickets in his two Test matches during his brief stint in the sport.
He was a lower-order batsman in first-class cricket, taking 125 wickets in 39 appearances. He also scored a century. He did, however, claim 41 wickets in 33 A-list games.
In 2015, David participated in his final Karnataka Premier League game.
